Mike18 presents a very similar site to
TeenBoyLove and burst on the scene several months prior to TBL with an
extensive marketing campaign. Like TeenBoysLove the site begs the same
issues: Is it marketing or is it worth it? There is no
question that the marketing is superb - the and like TBL site banners are everywhere and
the site itself is very alluring and charming - it does make you want to
sign right up!
Once inside, the content is a bit thin but
more than TBL by a wide margin. The current material is dated from
the beginning of July with the most recent video being added in early September.
I will keep an eye on things and report on how the updating goes. This is
frequently the weak spot - maintaining consistent and interesting content
over time.
There are currently 25 DVD quality (720x576)
videos in the site - you do have the choice to download them to your
machine in either this high quality DVD format or a lower quality 320x240
Windows media format for those with dial-up connections. The quality is
very good and the videography is better than basic, but this is not
Spielberg stuff. File sizes on the high quality videos run around 150- 300mb so
be prepared with plenty of space.
The galleries in the site are basic - no
fancy linking systems - each photo opens in its own window which can be a
bit annoying. I would like to see zip downloads as well. It does make life
so much more convenient... The photography is, like the video, not super
fancy, but then every site is not a GayTeenStudio or EnigmaticBoys.
Is it worth it? Yes, for one simple reason -
the price is right and here there is plenty of content. If the updates go
as expected it would be continually worth it. As it is, it is more of a
one shot deal - join, download and view what you like and then join again
when the site updates.

Mike18
needs to be on your list, but
there is a bit of good marketing here. The content volume is OK, but
without more regular updates, it will run out of steam for the regular
viewer. The models are varied, a few are
cute and skinny, a few less so, but on the whole I like it. Are they all
legal? The site says it complies to all the 2257 rules and this is
Russia and Eastern Europe where they do grow them young and sweet - must
be in the water... |
